Outstanding Customer Service and product..

I have been with Chip now for over a year, Customer services is second to none, my questions are answered promptly. The monthly emails are very useful and I have just set up a cash Isa for the very first time, nothing seems to be any trouble at all from Chip. The app and website is excellent, I am not going anywhere, I am really happy with Chip. Reviewed on: 14th February 2024

Great app, superb customer service

I have been with Starling now for 2/3 years, I can honestly say I have had no issues with the app, customer services, far much better service than your usual high street bank. I like the fact that when I spend money, I can round up my spending to the nearest pound and it is put away for emergency funds. Ordering new bank cards or any issues with possible fraudulent behaviour, is swiftly dealt with. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

World Class

Due to the C-19 pandemic and unfortunately losing my job, having car insurance like By-Miles has been extra special because now I only use my car for big shops and health appointments. So I only clock up very few miles, hence saving me money. Customer services are also world-class, I have been with By - Miles for nearly 3 years now if not longer, so they have really like a friend of the family. Fast, Friendly and professional

Been a tough 18 months, unemployed twice, still need a car, due to work I am applying for. Being with By Miles has helped so much, I even won, one of their competitions to put me in credit with my mileage, which was so needed. Reviewed on: 14th July 2021
