A top lender with excellent customer service...

I have been a customer of Zopa for over 2 years now, and am really happy with them. The customer service is prompt, helpful and considerate to my needs, and I know that support is on hand should I need it. I think that the High Street banking establishments could learn a thing or two about customer service from these people. The rates are probably the best I've ever known...
