Great service

I signed up to Laka a few years ago after my last bike was stolen. I have always been impressed by the collective nature of the premia and the way they are dedicated to cyclists. I also like the fact that there is no excess eating into your claim. Then, last week I had to claim. Someone stole my beautiful Brooks saddle (and seat post and saddle bag). Laka were great, the claim was resolved quickly, easily and sympathetically. I'd recommend them to anyone with a bike to protect. Reviewed on: 5th October 2022

Brilliant Choice for low mileage user

I found By Miles by accident after yet another ludicrous renewal quote from my regular insurer. By Miles quoted me less than half my renewal quote - it will be even less if I don't drive as much as anticipated! But that's just the money bit, their customer service is excellent, I had forgotten a co-driver's claim and when I phoned to put this right they were really helpful and didn't increase my premium. set up is really simple with the plug-in mileage recorder, the app is easy to use and all of my miles are logged for me to see.
