Simple, clear and fair

Bymiles is so simple and the app gives you really clear overview of your costs. On the rare occasions I've had to chat with them the service has been great and they are great value for money. I couldn't recommend them enough (and often do). Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

Great service, flexible and good value

I have been so happy with bymiles that for the first time when it came to the end of my year I didn't even bother looking to switch. The live chat service people are great, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The service is really transparent, has clear pricing and is flexible to changing circumstances in your life, from being couped up in lockdown to new Flexi working when it all started opening again. Modern insurance the way it should be

Helpful support, great tech, easy to use and a revolutionary way of insuring my car. Every time I've had to contact them they have been friendly, efficient and helpful and never made me feel like I have to jump through hoops.
