Amazing insurance company for low mileage drivers

The customer service is excellent. Staff members are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There are several ways to contact By Miles which makes it very convenient. The app runs well and has a good interface. I've not had any problems with payments or issues related to that. I will say though, fortunately, I haven't been in an accident so have not needed to contact By Miles in regards to anything like that so can't comment in that respect. Overall, from my own personal experiences with By Miles I would highly recommend them! Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
