A complete no-brainer if you use your car occasionally

By Miles has been brilliant for me. Whereas before, I was paying a set amount (over the odds) for using a car predominately at weekends to ensure my father is safe and well, I only pay for what I use. So, at renewal and getting quotes of around £100-200 (if paying monthly) with the usual insurance companies, my most expensive charge over the last 9 months has been £43.73 for driving 568 miles (and that was mainly to drive back collecting the car from the dealer after purchasing it!). It is on average about £25 for me a month for around 330 miles. During these uncertain times, it has additionally come into its own, saving even more due to lockdown. No hassle of expecting refunds or partial ones from insurance companies; if you didn't use your car, you don't pay ! You can see where you have gone back and forth on the app, tells you how many miles you have travelled and what the total charge will be. It really has completely changed the way I look at insuring my car now, for the better and it will do you too. Trust me... Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
