What a breath of fresh air!

I found “By Miles” by chance on a comparison site and was intrigued by the concept of only paying for the miles you drive with regards to car insurance, I’m now half way through my 1st year with “By Miles” and can honestly say so far I cannot fault them! The app is simple but informative, the customer service response when I initially had an issue with the tracking unit was first class, they even sent me a free secure car key wallet to protect me (and them) from my car being stolen! Every year when my renewal is due I find it a real chore obtaining quotes from various car insurance providers just to keep costs similar or potentially cheaper than the previous year, if all goes as well as it has so far “By Miles” could be the first car insurance provider I actually end up renewing and staying with.!.!
