Fabulous

I've been with By Miles since 2019 and have no intention of changing. From telling you your battery is low, to sending regular updates with useful information they are always 'on the ball'. Reviewed on: 10th August 2022

Truly innovative insurance.

This is a much fairer way to insure for those like me who don't do a big mileage. And even if you do a big journey now and then, your mileage is capped at 150 per day. I'm sure this will be much copied by others the in future, but By Miles were the first and, for my money, the best. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

Amazing app plus ten star service

I just wish By Miles had existed years ago, saving me a bundle. The app is faultless and the brilliant staff keep me up to date with everything. They even emailed me when my car battery went flat one day during lock down! Reviewed on: 30th July 2020
