Review of the The Insurance Emporium, Pet insurance:

Not penalised after claim

We have two pets insured with The Insurance Emporium - a young one and an older (senior) one. To our surprise we needed to make a claim on the young one (one year old). The total claim was just short of £5000 and we expected the premium to rise in the next year. Amazingly the premium actually reduced a little the following year. Brilliant!
