Kind customer service and efficient on claims

We first took insurance out with The Insurance Emporium in 2019 for our Frenchie. He needed inpatient care which we originally paid for. After putting a claim in with a lovely and sympathetic advisor, we were refunded within the next working week. On renewal in 2020 it had raised £500 for a single claim which was shocking. However because we were bringing home a second puppy the company insured both my pups for only a small increase from the single dog. Kind and understanding to situations. Although expensive than other insurers, they are quick to help in anyway possible be it advice, changing policy, renewal etc. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020
