Great cover, affordable, a real person will promptly pick up the phone!

I'm quite new to The Insurance Emporium , as my pet was a kitten recently , so havent had to claim yet. However, I did ring up once or twice to update her details being vaccinated, spayed and chipped, and they answered the phone promptly and were polite. I know there are resources available for health care advice for my cat also. Feel confident that The Insurance Emporium will be supportive of any requests I may need to make.
