Peace of Mind with easy to understand TCS and Cs, given with TLC!

I haven't had the need to claim on any policy with the Insurance emporium, which is no bad thing. However, should the unfortunate need arise I know I am covered, exactly what to do next and how to speak to someone. Other companies I have used had such complex terms and conditions with hidden excess extras it always felt like a minefield and I dreaded the day I would need to use them. Eveything is laid out nice and simply with the Insurance Emporium, I don't get bombarded by calls or messages either, so far a very different experience, in a good way! Reviewed on: 30th July 2020
