Cost effective, great service, easy to use.

By Miles has been the best insurance provider I've had to date. It is so easy to get in touch with them from the app and they are extremely helpful. They always make sure your query is resolved. Also I haven't used my car as much as usual this last year and the cost of my insurance has massively reduced and I've saved a lot of money compared to other premiums. I was happily surprised to see that my premium this year had also reduced by quite a lot as well as the cost per mile. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Cheapest and best customer service

Absolutely thrilled that my insurance is now based on my actual usage, as I don't use my car that much and it seems a waste to pay the normally fairly high premiums. So this is perfect and fair.
