Simple solutions - hassle free - friendly

My dog was involved in a minor accident where he pulled his lead from me and ran into the road. His old insurer wouldn't cover him again as they said he was high risk ( 5yrs old and never claimed a thing before that ). The Insurance Emporium saw no problem in covering him, they just added a clause in his policy !!! Now why can't others do that instead of trying to make a meal out of it !
