Honest and upfront

I brought a puppy in 2019 and was advised by the breeder to use Emporium. The premium was fair so I used them without much consideration. Within a year my puppy had damaged his leg quite severely during a daily walk. The insurance covered us with just the access to pay. The process was simple and straightforward, and the money was paid directly to my vets so less hassle for me.
