My grandson was painting my daughter bedroom when he had an accident with the paint so I took photos sent them in a man came out he told me to go down stairs about 20 minutes later he went home two days later I get a call asking lots of questions I told everything I new then week later I get a letter telling me that the paint did not fall properly so they turned down the claim I wish I was able to do the work my self that way they would have never been accidental spill sadly my lungs are on there way out I asked if I could appeal they no it’s final they it more than I do

What can I say I was so happy that my dog marley life was saved because of emporium they took care of everything my best pal is now back by my side thank you so much
