Excellent customer service quick response to query

There are so many pet insurances to choose from and I like to speak to a person not an automated call , I phoned and was answered quickly speak to a lovely lady who answered all my questions confidently with no pressure ..it was also reassuring that the policy stated within 14 days not like some instances that started after a year or more .
