Excellent cover for a poorly cat

We had to make 3 seperate claims in succession for our poorly cat. I spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who was empathetic and gave me advice on what was covered for referral to a specialist vet and the levels of cover for different investigations, overnight stays etc. She also helped me allow the specialist to lease with the insurance directly. I submitted the claim forms online expecting them to take a while to sort but they only took a week or two and I had confirmation the vets had been paid. To be honest I was pretty impressed overall.
