Great bank

NatWest has been consistently reliable, especially when it comes to everyday banking. Their mobile app is one of the easiest to use — quick transfers, clear spending insights, and helpful alerts that actually make managing money less stressful. Customer service has also been solid; whenever I’ve needed support, the staff have been friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on solving the issue.
