Amazing insurance company

My little pony had laminitis and I put in a claim and they were kind compassionate and so helpful these guys are a million steps in front of any other insurance company’s. Didn’t mess about all information was clear they paid for her to have her treatment and kept me up to date with all payments being made and sent me an update information to state she would no longer be covered after the 12 months which I appreciated. They even then gave a 90 day extension due to Covid and I was so greatful. I would recommend them all day long and I don’t want to change insurance company’s because no one even the top company’s come close to the way these guys treat you and handle your claim. They truly are amazing they were always on hand due to Covid when others just switched off. Both the company and its staff deserve an award and a holiday.
