Pet insurance

I insured my beautiful cat Skippy with the Insurance Emporium after receiving a very favourable price even though he was an elderly cat around 14. The second years premium was a bit more than I expected and when I questioned it, they reduced it which I was very happy about. Sadly Skippy became very poorly in November 2019 and died in December 2019. The Staff at the Insurance Emporium offered their condolences which made me feel valued as a customer. I made a claim and was very happy and surprised at how much I received to cover vets fees, even though I had only been with the company for around two years. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020
