Review of the The Insurance Emporium, Pet insurance:

Restored my faith in insurance companies - number one insurer without a doubt!!

Unfortunately we had to use our insurance cover this year as our dog became very poorly and needed emergency treatment and an operation. The process was smooth and very simple, there was no haggling to try and get out of paying etc, our vet submitted the bill and it was paid within a matter of days, no questions. As soon as I realised I had to make a claim, I was more than worried as we could not afford the vet bills, and based on previous insurance experience, I didn't hold out much hope.... My nerves were put at ease, sympathetic staff on the phones and very knowledgeable - totally restored my faith in insurance companies. I have recommended The Insurance Emporium to many friends and family and will continue to do so! They saved my dogs life and for that I'll be forever grateful! Reviewed on: 31st July 2020
