Zopa has that rare combination of sophistication and approachability; acquiring a loan is straight-forward, and the process is intuitive and open with all the detail you need represented clearly, without catches or convoluted procedures. All information you need about your loan, payments or breakdown of lenders is provided in an easy-to-use interface. There is minimal fuss or hassle and Zopa always keep you informed of any changes or decisions. Their rates are ultra-competitive and they do not hide better rates away from existing customers.
