Very efficient , caring and the claim was settled quickly

Our elderly cat, Boris, became unwell and we made two claims this year. Sadly he had to be put to sleep in July. Both claims were dealt with efficiently and when I communicated with the staff over phone and via email , communication was excellent , they were very caring and the claim was settled quickly Reviewed on: 31st July 2020
