as a single person on a low income, I have found that since changing to bymiles my monthly outgoings have gone down considerably, what a brilliant idea to pay by the mile, also they keep me updated and are a very helpful and friendly team. I had never heard of by miles before, until it came up on a comparison site, It was so quick an easy to set up and i received my mileage counter within a few days. I loved the fact that I can keep track of my journeys and all the other info I can access on my phone. I get regular updates by e.mail which I like as I'm very forgetful. lol I didnt hesitate to renew with with by miles again recently as I got a mileage discount which I've never had before so was a no brainer.
