Transparent, fair and helpful

By Miles is an excellent choice for car insurance: you choose the cover you want to pay for; you only pay for the number of miles you drive; personnel answer the phone very quickly and are always friendly and helpful. Consistently excellent service.

It's an excellent idea to offer insurance which only charges you for what you want, instead of the 'one fits all' policies of most companies. Setting up is easy. Any phone enquiries are answered very quickly and professionally by competent, friendly and patient employees. Without doubt the best insurance company I've dealt with in 49 years of motoring. You pay for what you use

For a long time, I've resented being charged for services I do not require, my premiums being based on other people's lifestyles, not mine.so I am delighted to have come across By Miles. By Miles policy charges reflecting miles driven seems to me fair and transparent. Many companies SAY us that their top priority is looking after their customers': By Miles actually DOES it.
