Good friendly service

Although fortunately I have not had to make a claim, I have on occasion needed help from Admiral call centre. e.g I needed to add my grandson to my car insurance, I had a problem accessing my documents, both of which we did on the phone instantly. Each year at Renewal of my car/house policy, there has always been a helpful adviser to negotiate with, which is why I am still with Admiral. The call centre staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
