Direct human contact difficult

Pleased with my policies but, pursuing a recent enquiry, found it impossible to contact a human by phone eg 30 minute waits on dialling, failure to ring back after email undertaking to do so, no sensible response by email. I'm glad I wasn't trying to make a claim. Other companies do much better in these pandemic circumstances. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
