Easy and simple

Admiral have an excellent online system. I have never needed to call them to implement changes to policy, renewal, and claims can be done online easily with no pushback. This saves time. Also they actually gave us a partial refund due to Covid 19 - which was a lovely surprise, and makes me want to continue with them as it seems they aren’t totally profit focused but actually on some level care about their customers. Also they don’t send you endless marketing messages like so many companies. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
