Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Brilliant

I love admiral. They were my first car insurance I used and I’ve never in nearly 6 years changed that. I took advantage of the 10 months insurance which gave a bonus 1 year No Claims which was cheaper than the 12 months insurances available at the time. Each year, even though my premium has gone up every single time I’ve called or spoken to their advisers through the web chat on their website I‘ve been able to lower my monthly payments to match or better the ones given on comparison sites, when I’ve researched other offers. It was really easy to move from annual payments to monthly payments and then to 12 monthly payments. The advisers I’ve spoken to have been personable, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure I’m getting the insurance suited best for me. For instance using their temporary insurance if a parent needs my car for a day/week. During the lockdown I’ve been able to speak with advisers online for queries and information., this has been quick, which I didn’t expect. If I owned my own home I’d definitely have home insurance with admiral too. I’ve just yet to be disappointed by them. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
