I had to phone them recently to update my account and this was dealt with politely and professionally I also mentioned that my insurance premium was rather more than last years' and on looking into the comparison immediately offered me a revised figure which was less that the year before In addition I had already recedived a refund of £25 because of the minimum use of the car during the pandemic That is what I call service Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
