Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Overall very good

Generally my experience with Admiral has been very good. My only disappointment was my interaction with the legal team when I needed to make a claim against a driver who damaged my vehicle and left the scene. The case took over a year to be settled, and in that time I had been passed around numerous case handlers who, with the exception of one or two, failed to contact me or update me. One seemed surprised that I was still eager to take the case forward because the other side decided they would go to court. Known my case in the end..... but felt That I had to do a lot of chasing to get there. I feel this is more to do with the law firm employed rather than the day to day running of the company. I was recently offered A discount during the Covid crises and a further refund due to being a key worker... which was very welcome given the circumstances, and a nice touch from a large company.
