A Socially Conscious Insurer

Insurance is a minefield. Car insurance can be frustrating. What I found with Admiral is a great premium, yet the level of aftercare exceeded my expectations and as such warrants loyalty. Contact was smooth, the agent I spoke to was well informed and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. There was no sales pitch just great service. Having been insured with Admiral for over 6 months, Corona Virus hit. With no prompting, having recognised the situation and that road users were to be spending more time at home, cars less time on the road, they decided to Edmund a portion of my monthly premium. A small gesture in the grand scheme of things. But one that was greatly appreciated and a lovely surprise. Admiral. I’m a very pleased customer. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
