I have never needed to speak to anyone at Admiral

Not a lot to tell. They were cheaper than my previous insurers, very convenient online purchase, reduced price because it was combined with my home insurance. Never claimed, never spoken to anyone there. Nice-looking monthly newsletter e-mail. I wasn't impressed when they put up my daughter's insurance premiums by £200 when her car was hit from behind, somebody else's fault, no damage, she wasn't even claiming and just telling Admiral because insurers insist that you MUST tell them EVERYTHING. Shan't be buying again, I'm already looking on comparison sites. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
