A decent company with whom to do business

Easy to do business with. First time I used ebusiness to secure insurance. The approach was straight forward. I would award full marks, but docked one as when I reviewed my policy I could not see if I said we had a small area of flat roof. We don't have a flat roof so I wanted to ensure it was not included. The website did not allow checking this point. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
