I have used PayPal for many years as an added form of security on purchases. PayPal has performed as it says on the tin, the pay in 3 concept is fantastic for not just lower but all incomes. The recovery service takes the worry away from you on genuine claims. I did initially find it daunting to use, but that's an age thing. All in all I love using PayPal for all the above reasons. I've enjoyed the use of PayPal for many years I particularly like the added security of a purchase, being on a low income the pay in three service is invaluable. During my time usling PayPal I have used the resolution centre at least twice with positive outcomes. From my experience PayPal is an excellent platform for making secure payments.
