Unhappy customer

Following the global pandemic and restrictions to travel i having been attempting to recover a hotel booking charge. Despite the booking being non refundable and non transferable It is now 5 months and i am still waiting. After numerous correspondences with admiral i was referred to my bank to recover my losses they quite rightly sent me back to Admiral. I am disappointed with how i have been treated and in due course will not be renewing a number of insurance policies. Signed very unhappy customer Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
