Great Customer Service

I have been with admiral for almost 3 years now and the service has always been great! As a young driver it is rare to get a fair price with good coverage from a trusted company, yet Admiral have consistently delivered a good price at renewals and the customer service agents have been super helpful. The £25 refund during Covid for not travelling was a bonus too! When my Dad had a heart attack, as a named driver on my policy we notified Admiral and they were more concerned about my Dads health than anything, which was super refreshing in todays world. I would recommend to family and friends, especially when I see the poor experiences some of them have had with their insurance company. Thank you Admiral! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
