Affordable, Good Customer Service

I've been with admiral for nearly 2 years, the deals that they do for multicar are pretty good if you've got other people in the household that drive; over this period I've had 1 or 2 times where I've been unable to pay due to loss of work and covid furlough, the good thing is each time I've been able to contact the customer service team they've advised that you can pay at a later date and it's really helped. Another thing about the insurance quote itself is on the comparethemarket.com site they appear to be one of the lowest price insurance companies there and if you compare the compulsory excess payments to others they actually are the cheapest in terms of having to make a claim. I have actually recommended it to a few friends and when one of them had an accident in his car last year they were really helpful at calming him down and talking through the process.
