Mixed experience

The admiral app doesn't fully work which can be annoying but the online chat is very quick and helpful. Had an issue with a claim being made against me and as it was an old claim that reopened admiral didn't inform me and I only found out by ringing them about a renewal which I felt was poor service. The people working at the call centres are always very nice and have tried the best to help me whenever there has been an issue. I've never had to wait too long for customer support which is positive. Over all I've had a mixed experience with Admiral. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
