Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Loyal customer of 6 years

I have been a loyal admiral customer of over 6 years. I have always had great customer service whenever I have had any issues. If I have been unable to reach the customer service team, they have always returned my call. For example during the pandemic the waiting times on the phone were incredibly long, but I would always receive a call back at another time. I have had to change my policy a few times over the years and admiral have always been of great assistance in these processes. Whenever I have made phone calls the customer service team have given me polite and courteous service and resolved my issues promptly. I would recommend admiral to anyone for car or travel insurance, my family benefitted greatly when I suggested using the multi car insurance. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
