Affordable and Good Customer Service

I started using Admiral with its Littlebox (telematics). It helped me to reduce my premium for the second year. So far, I have had good experiences with its customer service. They were willing to assist when I had a tight budget for my insurance renewal. During the lockdown period, Admiral gives a refund of £25. I was impressed. It showed that they are very reasonable and have their customers in mind. They have also introduced Admiral Rewards, a programme which helps insurers to support premium payment for the next period.
