Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Super helpful and great value.

Our renewal was due with Admiral but it had increased by £80. After a frustrating online search to check the going 'new customer price' (which after answering every question refused to give me a quote because I was a recognised customer) I rang customer services. I spoke to Heather in the Canada office and could not have dreamed of better service. She went through every part of the policy to check I was getting the best deal. She made me feel like a valued customer and really did go above and beyond to spend time getting the best possible quote. In the end she got it £150 cheaper than my renewal price...that was even cheaper than I paid the previous year. I've already been recommending Admiral to my friends after this experience and the ability to combine home and multi cover car insurance is great. Thank you. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
