Admirable Admiral!

Why would you not choose Admirable Insurance? Quite apart from exceptional customer service, why would you not want personal, friendly, efficient customer service and competitive prices?! I love Admiral’s personal touch, their friendly approach and the way that they explain everything so that you really understand what you are buying and how it would help you if you come to need it. The monthly newsletters are informative and educational and the Admiral rewards system great! All what you would expect from your insurance company? Maybe. But put on top of that the money they gave us back because we were not using our cars during lockdown AND the way that they support and invest in their local community projects and this is a truest ethical and admirable company! Efficient, Friendly, Socially Responsible

A fantastic personal, friendly and efficient service from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble- Admirable take the time to explain your policy do that you really understand what the different options and aspects of the cover are. The phone service, website and regular emails are so clear and easy to understand. They are super quick at responding and getting back to you. Everyone is friendly and they are obviously a company that is socially responsible, supporting its local community through numerous acts of social endeavour, and its customers through for example reimbursing money because we were all using our cars less during COVID-19. They weren’t asked or instructed to do this, they just thought that it was the fair thing to do. Awesome and I hope we will be customers for a long time to come. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
