Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Excellent Customer service

This will be my second year with Amiral as a multi car policy which my husband added. I am delighted with this professional company as it has competitive pricess, excellent cover services and very good customer service. For my first year I opted for a black box. It was a bit strange using it at first because i was always conscious of it and reminded my husband that it was there. However, not only did i get a very cheap quote for choosing It, I also received emails saying i was a “Gold” reward driver. This gave me a lot of confidence that we would go onto receive a cheap renewal quote too, which we did. We each received money back for reduction of using our vehicles due to Covid 19 without even asking, which was nice too. I would highly recommend Admiral car insurance to others i know plus If they have other insurance cover I may swap to them when its time for renewal. This may sound a bit like “get a life” but one of my favourite adverts is Admiral one where the cartoon cats is peacefully sleeping in the living room then there is a bust leak. It suddenly awakes then “Meows” when it gets flushed away! Very Cute & funny. I think it also influenced me to join them. Thanks Donna Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
