Outstandingly communicative

Since joining this time last year, admiral itself has been nothing but straight forward and communicative from the beginning. They’re constantly keeping you updated about your policy and what is going on as well as offers they have (but at the right level of emails received). In a positive way the only dealings I’ve had with them is when I changed over from an old vehicle but that was smooth and effortless, so based off that, customer service was brilliant didn’t have to spend too long on hold either.
