Customer service team is uk based which makes it so much easier to communicate. Smooth process and good document management /submission system. Great to see human application reviews rather than automated system. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Can't fault it!

Amazing customer service. Has a intuitive portal for account management and document review. Just had a yearly renewal come in and was second lowest compared to other quotes. Never had automatic renewals being cheaper, always had to switch in the past! Thumbs up Admiral! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
