Were there when we needed them

Last year we were burgled while upstairs in bed, and were robbed of our car and about £1000 worth of goods. I was nervous about claiming on the insurance, never having needed to do it before, and was unsure whether they would pay out. Luckily we had both car and home insurance with Admiral, and the process was really quick and easy. They didn't quibble any of our figures, and paid out a fair price for what was taken from us. The customer service was great, with quick and clear replies, which was a big load off our mind at a really stressful and upsetting time. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
