Had to ring on renewal as I had been ill and thought I had missed the renewal period. The call was answered quickly by a really helpful lady who assured me everything was fine, ran through it all to make sure there were no changes and renewed there and then. Nationwide have a fantastic option where they let you know by text when your account goes over or under a certain amount which you set yourself. There is also the option for getting text messages to tell you something is due to be paid and there is not enough money in your account so you have time to top up. I rarely ring them but when I do the call handlers are always polite and helpful. On the occasions I have sent a message they have always replied within the three working da...
