Customer driven, in service and miles

I have been with ByMiles for 2 years. During that time I had a claim where someone drive into my parked car. So I can say from first hand experience that a friendly and professional service is offered and these are real people not hidden behind an app. That said the app is fantastic and lets me see where I have been and reassures me where my car is.
